Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, input, and update customer orders in SAP and XPC (buyer system).
  • Maintain order accuracy, including price and data matching.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports to related departments and management.
  • Update and monitor shipping inspection (SI) and handle amend requests.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth order flow.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience is preferred.
  • Good English communication skills (both written & spoken)
  • Proficient in computer skills & MS Office – especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with systems such as XPC, ERP, or SAP will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined & able to work under deadline.
