Responsibilities
- Receive, check, input, and update customer orders in SAP and XPC (buyer system).
- Maintain order accuracy, including price and data matching.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports to related departments and management.
- Update and monitor shipping inspection (SI) and handle amend requests.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth order flow.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience is preferred.
- Good English communication skills (both written & spoken)
- Proficient in computer skills & MS Office – especially Excel.
- Familiarity with systems such as XPC, ERP, or SAP will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined & able to work under deadline.
