Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs for sewing line leaders, and production staff.
- Design and prepare training modules (technical skills, soft skills, and compliance).
Develop orientation programs for new Team Leader & Group Leader.
Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for production staff.
Support team leaders in skill-upgrading and leadership development.
Track training attendance, progress, and effectiveness.
Report training results and provide feedback to production management.
Propose improvements in methods, work practices, and skill development.
Maintain training records, skill matrices, and certification data.
- Prepare monthly training reports and skill improvement updates for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Phycology, Education, HR, or related field.
- Language skill : English (speaking & writing)
- Experience in garment manufacturing (training, production, or quality background preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate different levels of employees.
- Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
