Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify training needs for sewing line leaders, and production staff.
  • Design and prepare training modules (technical skills, soft skills, and compliance).
  • Develop orientation programs for new Team Leader & Group Leader.

  • Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for production staff.

  • Support team leaders in skill-upgrading and leadership development.

  • Track training attendance, progress, and effectiveness.

  • Report training results and provide feedback to production management.

  • Propose improvements in methods, work practices, and skill development.

  • Maintain training records, skill matrices, and certification data.

  • Prepare monthly training reports and skill improvement updates for management.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Phycology, Education, HR, or related field.
  • Language skill : English (speaking & writing)
  • Experience in garment manufacturing (training, production, or quality background preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate different levels of employees.
  • Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
