Tripatra is looking for a experienced to support our payroll team in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting. This position is intended for a limited period of 3 to 6 months, with a focus on handling monthly payroll reports and reconciliation tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage the monthly Perdiem and Benefit in Kind (BIK) reports.
  • Generate the monthly Compensation Contract report.
  • Perform BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance) reconciliation against actuals from Finance at the end of each month after journal closing.
  • Conduct BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Insurance) reconciliation against actuals from Finance at the end of each month after journal closing.
  • Compile a summary report comparing actual payroll costs vs. Finance data during the first week of each month.
  • Prepare and submit the monthly tax report for payroll.
  • Generate and reconcile the Standard Costing Report during the first week of each month.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll journal entries, to be completed in the last week of each month.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of supervisor-level experience in payroll.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, journal entries, and reporting.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
