About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to join our thriving team at PT Maligi Permata Industrial Estate (KIIC) in Karawang, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the IT operations of our organization, ensuring efficient and effective technology support for our business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and direct the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various IT systems and infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and security
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address technology-related needs and challenges
- Analyze and report on IT performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless IT service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments, and implement innovative solutions
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT supervisory or management role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Strong technical expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and enterprise applications
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Effective leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management and the ability to prioritize and multitask
