JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for positions in reaching the company's mission to create a positive impact on society and not only profits. Relations manager is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with trainers, NGOs, potential CSR clients, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves key marketing responsibilities, including
fundraising and increasing brand awareness

to ensure the successful implementation of the training programs to empower marginalized women and communities, and purposefully navigate them to live a better life. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute an overall relations management strategy related to business initiatives/processes.
  • Assist Head of Impact for the growth of LS CSR Service Offering by connecting with key stakeholders in government, business, civil society, and international organizations;
  • Building Networks as Sources of Power and Influence (trainers, NGO, potential CSR clients, etc)
  • Actively talking with industry leaders and social organizations for project collaboration to amplify impact to our communities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the training programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Business Development Team in penetrating our CSR program through mixed - service offering from upskilling & upcycling training initiatives;
  • Facilitate regular meetings, updates, and feedback sessions with partners to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
  • Generate and disseminate reports on program outcomes and impact to stakeholders, highlighting success stories and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure financial support for training programs
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and grant-making organizations, including creating sponsorship / grants pitch deck;
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to highlight the company's mission, programs, and impact.
  • Strategize content plan that showcases success stories, program outcomes, and the positive impact on marginalized communities.
  • Working with Marketing teams to drive internal & external engagement and promote our impact storytelling

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Min. 4 years of experience in fundraising & grant, CSR strategic partnership, community development, or a related area.
  • Proven experience in identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with various stakeholders, including community organizations, NGOs, and corporate.
  • Ability to negotiate agreements and foster collaborative relationships that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and executing marketing strategies to deliver impact reports, promote programs, and initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of ESG reporting practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Goal-oriented and collaborative team player with strong negotiation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to achieving sustainable outcomes.
  • Fluency in English.
