Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation with a minimum GPA of 3.00;
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a reputable tax consulting firm;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a strong advantage;
- Ability to multitask efficiently and perform under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal, proactive, and communication skills;
- Proficient in computer operations and tax software applications;
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team;
- Energetic, proactive, hardworking, and highly motivated.
Job Description
- Prepare and submit monthly tax returns (VAT, Income Tax Art. 23/26, Art. 4(2), Art. 21) on time;
- Perform monthly reconciliations for Art. 21, 22, 23, 4(2) Income Tax, and VAT between accounting records and tax returns;
- Prepare and calculate annual Income Tax returns;
- Work directly with clients to ensure efficient delivery of tax services;
- Liaise with tax authorities as required;
- Proficient in MS Office and tax software (e.g., e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT, e-Filing/e-Form);
- Report directly to your supervisor;
- Review junior staff work;
- Lead development activities for team members.
