Description:
- Support internal training sessions, from planning to implementation.
- Contribute to the development of training content, including presentations, visuals, videos, and completion certificates.
- Support gathering and analyze participant feedback to help enhance future training programs.
- Support on maintaining and update training records and related documentation in an organized manner.
- Conduct basic research on current training trends and tools to provide insights for the team.
- Monitor employee training progress and assist in sending reminders to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Education, Communication, or other related fields.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) for administrative and presentation purposes with strong Excel and Google Sheet skills.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in delivering information to an audience.
- Interest and basic knowledge in employee training and development.
- Good time management and task prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Able to work on-site (Hybrid arrangement) and travel to our FC centers (Across the Jadetabek area).
