Qualifications

· Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (HRGA / General Affairs).

· Strong knowledge of Indonesian business regulations and corporate law.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Description
HR and Employee Administration

· Manage employment contracts, BPJS (Employment and Health), and other employee administration.

· Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee data management.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Operational and Office Management

· Supervise procurement of office supplies, work equipment, and facility maintenance.

· Manage company assets and day-to-day office operations.

· Organize internal events and meetings when required.

Vendor and Supplier Management

· Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers related to company operations.

· Manage contracts and ensure cost efficiency in procurement.

Documentation and Corporate Governance

· Prepare and maintain important corporate documents, including reports for shareholders and board meetings.

· Ensure proper organization and safekeeping of all company administrative records.
