JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Lead and manage the in-house creative team, ensuring all content meets high standards and aligns with our brand identity.
  • Oversee content production for social media posts, e-commerce banners, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing team for offline promotions, events, and brand collaborations.
  • Maintain and reinforce brand consistency across all touchpoints, delivering visually appealing and meaningful content.
  • Offer guidance and constructive feedback to the creative team, ensuring a high standard of execution.
  • Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align content strategy with overall brand and sales objectives.
  • Maintain an awareness of UI/UX best practices to improve content presentation across digital platforms.
  • Facilitate team meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and project timelines.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Arts, Branding, or a related field. Previous experience in art direction or at a branding agency is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant experience in content creation, art direction, or brand management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • General knowledge of UI/UX principles to enhance user experience across platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to review and filter content effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and develop strategies that meet both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing content performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Team Leadership: Proven success in managing and inspiring a team to produce top-quality work.
  • Creative vision (ability to craft engaging and impactful stories) and strong aesthetic sense.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects at once.
