𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service, call center, or after-sales support (heavy equipment/automotive preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication across multiple channels (phone, email, apps, social media)

  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Skilled in administration (documentation, reporting, data entry, service orders)

  • Able to coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance)

  • Proficient in English

  • Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) at Kelapa Gading

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Handle customer requests and inquiries through hotline, email, social media, and customer apps

  • Provide accurate product and after-sales service information

  • Create and process service orders and coordinate with internal teams (parts & finance)

  • Record and follow up on complaints, feedback, and customer satisfaction surveys

  • Maintain service documentation and reporting, including monthly hotline bill submission

  • Support continuous improvement of customer service processes
