Teams: Social Media, Creative/Design, Brand Activation
Handle 360° marketing strategy and execution to drive brand growth, traffic, and conversion across retail (online/offline) while building B2B demand via trade and co-marketing. Lead budget, team performance, and channel KPIs with a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Build annual/quarterly brand & marketing plans and a campaign calendar with clear channel targets.
Manage budgets for media and activation to optimize ROI/ROMI.
GTM for retail stores (positioning, pricing/promo, creative), always-on & burst social media performance, marketplace/e-commerce (promo calendar, PDP, ads), in-store & activations.
Build, coach, and evaluate the marketing team; uphold brand governance (tone, visual system, claims).
Partner with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Partnership for forecasting, stock readiness, and campaign execution.
