- Responsibility of HR & GA Division improvement accordance with compliance under President Director.
- Responsible for monitoring All HR, GA, IT and HSE job under President Director.
- Responsible for making GA & HRD business plan. (Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly)
- Responsible for supervising GA & HRD staff job and suggestion improvement points.
- Responsible for LKS Bipartite meeting under Japanese Director
- Responsible for recruitment, mutation, promotion and evaluation accordance with compliance
- Responsible for making plan of training including compliance.
- Other related other GA & HRD Job.
Requirements:
- Diploma degree or above
- 【Mandatory】Have working experience at Japanese Manufacturing company HR & GA supervisor, Asst manager or Manager more than 5 years.
- 【Mandatory】Able to advise the president to resolve fraud and improve of GA & HR operations accordance with compliance.
- 【Mandatory】Have excellent knowledge of labour law and company license etc.
- 【Mandatory】 Have excellent knowledge and experience to process recruitment factory operator and Employee staff accordance with compliance.
- 【Mandatory】 Have excellent ability of leadership ability
- 【Mandatory】 Have excellent experience to give training subordinate.
- Fluent in English, Able speak Japanese is advantage
- Willing to be placed in Karawang
