Qualification:

  • Education minimum bachelor degree with any major.
  • Minimum has JLPT N2 certificate
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Japanese.
  • Proven experience in administration task.
  • Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette, culture, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using tools/software for administration.
  • Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information, coordinate planning efforts, and ensure seamless execution of corporate initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate corporate plans, goals, and progress to both Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders, adapting communication style as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation in both Japanese and English, detailing planning processes, outcomes, and recommendations.
  • Oversee and manage projects related to corporate planning, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
