Qualification:
- Education minimum bachelor degree with any major.
- Minimum has JLPT N2 certificate
- Fluency in both written and spoken Japanese.
- Proven experience in administration task.
- Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette, culture, and market trends.
- Proficiency in using tools/software for administration.
- Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information, coordinate planning efforts, and ensure seamless execution of corporate initiatives.
- Effectively communicate corporate plans, goals, and progress to both Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders, adapting communication style as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation in both Japanese and English, detailing planning processes, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Oversee and manage projects related to corporate planning, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
