Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement talent management and development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies to strengthen organizational capability.
- Manage performance management cycles and ensure fair, transparent, and developmental evaluations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, growth, and retention.
- Analyze talent data and provide insights to guide strategic HR decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or People Development roles.
- Strong understanding of learning and development frameworks, competency models, and succession planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passionate about helping people grow and creating meaningful employee experiences.
