Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent management and development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Manage performance management cycles and ensure fair, transparent, and developmental evaluations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, growth, and retention.
  • Analyze talent data and provide insights to guide strategic HR decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or People Development roles.
  • Strong understanding of learning and development frameworks, competency models, and succession planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Passionate about helping people grow and creating meaningful employee experiences.
