Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in secretary, business administration, communications, or relevant field
-Experience in executive administrative assistance and Company Secretarial Work
-Relevant experience in the education industry is a plus
-Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
-Strong organizational and managing tasks
-Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
-Proficient in English or able to speak Japanese is a plus
-Flexible and able to business trip
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Description:-
-Assisting management with personal matters, scheduling, correspondence, administration, and other daily tasks.
-Maintaining confidentiality and interacting professionally with all levels of management, staff, and business partners.
-Acting as a reminder for management activities and serving as a liaison for parties interested in management, such as organizing meetings, visits, inaugurations, approvals, etc.
-Arranging meetings with internal and external parties.
-Implementing and maintaining administrative procedures and systems.
-Supervising and coordinating the execution of tasks assigned by management to internal teams.
-Performing other tasks related to management interests.
