Responsibilities :
- To recruit and build potential team
- To lead, motivate and develop a strong committed team to achieve the sales target
- To help solve challenges in daily activities that will be face by the team
- To coach the team to boost up their skills set on client profiling and business advisory
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Based in Surabaya
- Min 5 years experiences in bank assurance/insurance industry, business and sales background/related (most preferred)
- Experience with building and leading a sales team
- Excellent analytical thinking, target oriented and team development
- Excellent networking skill
