The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced Senior Web Developers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for developers with solid experience in both back-end and front-end development, plus hands-on knowledge of CRM systems, automation tools, and email marketing platforms. Magento experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client websites (front-end & back-end)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing implementation projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve website functionality, integration, or performance issues
- Build and implement automation workflows, CRM integrations, and email marketing setups
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in web development (both front-end & back-end)
- Proficient in web programming languages and frameworks
- Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, and email marketing platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional communication
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Magento experience is a strong advantage
- Experience in marketing implementation is a plus
Work Arrangement
- Remote or Hybrid role based in Malang, with shift-based schedules to accommodate project needs and client time zones.
