Responsibilities
- Manage the stock allocation & replenishment if necessary.
- Identify the bestsellers and slow movers and taking appropriate action so as to meet business objectives.
- Monitor overall stock health KPIs like stock cover, range availability, dead stock at SKU level and create alert mechanisms.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams like Brand Team, Sales Team, Warehouse, other channels to ensure smooth conduct of business.
- Liaise with shipping to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries of merchandise from the principal.
- Liaise with finance to ensure timely raising of POs and tracking of credit notes from the brand principal, if any.
- Liaise with the brand principal to share routine reports on business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree holder any field
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years experiences in Merchandising & Planning skills, especially in beauty or fashion retail company.
- High comfort level with MS Office, especially Power Point and Word.
- Advanced/Intermediate Excel Skills: ability to handle large set of complex data and model it as per requirement.
Preferred Skills
- Added advantage if have prior experience with data-warehouse, SAP, business planning tools.
- Fluent with English, good communication skills.
