Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service at all touchpoints — ticket sales, concession counters, ushering, and guest assistance.
- Ensure the cinema environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest.
- Operate POS systems accurately for ticket and food & beverage sales.
- Assist guests with information about showtimes, seat availability, and promotions.
- Support smooth daily operations by following all company policies and procedures.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and effectively.
- Participate in promotional activities, special screenings, and events when required.
- Work as a team to maintain cinema standards and create a positive, fun atmosphere.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum vocational high school graduate (SMK) majoring in tourism or hotel management.
- 2-3 years experience in retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant operations is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Committed to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
