Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service at all touchpoints — ticket sales, concession counters, ushering, and guest assistance.
  • Ensure the cinema environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest.
  • Operate POS systems accurately for ticket and food & beverage sales.
  • Assist guests with information about showtimes, seat availability, and promotions.
  • Support smooth daily operations by following all company policies and procedures.
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and effectively.
  • Participate in promotional activities, special screenings, and events when required.
  • Work as a team to maintain cinema standards and create a positive, fun atmosphere.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum vocational high school graduate (SMK) majoring in tourism or hotel management.
  • 2-3 years experience in retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant operations is highly preferred.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Committed to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
