About the RoleAs a Secretary Intern within our Internal Firm Services team, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting PwC professionals through a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop practical skills in a dynamic corporate environment while contributing to the smooth operation of our teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with calendar and diary management, including scheduling internal and external meetings and coordinating follow-ups.
- Support business correspondence, both within the firm and with external clients.
- Help manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and directed appropriately.
- Coordinate team meetings and events, including logistics and scheduling.
- Assist in preparing client-related documents such as proposals, presentations, and engagement letters.
- Support expense tracking by organizing receipts and documentation for submission.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring confidential records and reports are organized and easily retrievable.
- Perform other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma (D3) in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome; prior internship or organizational involvement is a plus.
- Available for a full-time internship for 6 months, starting from January 2026.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in collaborative team settings.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft 365, and familiar with emerging technologies such as AI-based productivity tools.
- Maintains a neat, polished, and professional appearance in all work settings.
- Demonstrates discretion, tact, and professionalism when handling confidential information and sensitive interactions.
