Responsibilities :
- Provide clear and convincing information regarding product/service features and benefits, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Conduct active canvassing and identify potential customers through market research, targeting both companies and retail stores.
- Negotiate pricing and sales terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage payment processes and prepare required administrative documents related to sales activities.
- Analyze market needs and provide solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the electronics industry.
- Possess a customer database, particularly companies and retail stores in the home appliance and kitchenware categories.
- Experienced working in the field and proactive in sourcing and acquiring new customers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both in-person and online.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung and able to travel for business purposes as needed.
