About the role
As an Event Coordinator at PT. LOKA INDIRA AMARTA', you will be responsible for supporting the seamless planning and execution of government-funded and public sector events. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, and combines your expertise in event logistics with a solid understanding of procurement processes, particularly through LPSE and e-Katalog. You'll play a key role in ensuring every event runs efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with regulations.


What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of events, particularly those related to government and public sector programs
  • Manage event logistics, including venues, transportation, accommodation, catering, equipment, and on-site operations
  • Prepare essential event documents, including rundowns, budget plans, procurement documentation, and visual materials
  • Submit and monitor procurement processes in accordance with LKPP and Perpres regulations, via LPSE and e-Katalog platforms
  • Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure documentation and process compliance
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and service quality
  • Support on-site event operations and real-time problem-solving during execution
  • Create professional reports, summaries, and presentation decks for stakeholders using tools like PowerPoint and Canva
  • Maintain organized documentation for audit, compliance, and evaluation purposes

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in event coordination, ideally within government or public sector projects
  • Familiarity with LPSE, e-Katalog, e-Kontrak, and other Indonesian government procurement platforms
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to produce professional reports and documentation
  • Basic skills in design and layout using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Public Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
