Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Capital/HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR practices, and HRIS systems
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR functions (recruitment, training, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and priorities tasks effectively
  • Willing to be placed anywhere as required by the company

Task & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate selection, interviews and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with line managers to ensure hiring needs are aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent through job portals, headhunting and other sourcing methods.
  • Manage and evaluate employee training programs, from needs analysis, planning, implementation, to post-training evaluation.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and ensure training quality and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and update the annual training plan and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide reports and analysis related to recruitment metrics, training effectiveness, and workforce development.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies, labour regulations and best practices.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives related to learning and career development.
