Job Responsibilities- To generate project enquiries from various sources such as Corporate Houses, Consulting Firms, Public and Private Sector Entities, Individuals and Non‑Government Organizations.
- To raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer's requirements / consultants drawings in order to get the estimate of project.
- To prepare a Techno‑commercial offer to submit to customers.
- To negotiate with customers to finalize the contracts.
- To coordinate with customer and head office for successful and timely execution of projects.
- To secure payment or letter of credits for jobs on time.
- To prepare sales forecasts and report to immediate supervisors at regular interval.
- To conduct marketing promotion activities.
- Customer relationship management and customer service.
- Development of new markets within country or region.
- To coordinate with erectors and finalize with CMD.
- At least 5 years working experience as sales in PEB industry.
- Civil Engineer or equivalent degree from universities.
- Technical Knowledge In Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture.
- Proficient in MS‑Excel, Power Point and Auto/CAD.

- 1. Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the Territory.

- 3. Collect orders from distributors in the Territory according to the distributors' purchase schedule listed in the agreement and / or their monthly forecast.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage existing customers and develop new customers in East Indonesia area.
- Lead the sales team effectively to achieve established sales growth objectives and evaluate the performance of staff team on their contribution in attaining objectives.

- Facilitate and follow up on sales enquires/proposal from customers.

- Facilitate meetings and workshops/trainings with customers for the Management, Product Marketing, and Industry Management as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities as needed.
- Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.
- Deliver presentations and hands‑on demonstrations of Phoenix Contact products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical /Electronics, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 year of sales experience in industrial electrical/electronic products of which 3 years is in a managerial role.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.

- 3+ years of sales experience (B2B) in lubricant / metalworking / heavy equipment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability.
- Able to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
- Provide technical expertise and support to our distributor, customers, addressing their needs and challenges.
- Good understanding of the lubricant market and competition in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers.
