We are currently representing an established diversified business owner who is expanding their portfolio of luxury hospitality assets across Indonesia.
Description
- Lead and manage all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals, including revenue growth, profitability, and brand positioning
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, quality standards, and service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Build, mentor, and lead a strong management team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, safety, and quality standards.
- Represent the hotel in the local community, industry events, and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with ownership on capital expenditure plans, renovations, and new initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of hotel management experience, with at least 5 years in a GM or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing full-service hotels, preferably in luxury or upscale properties.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and operational systems.
- Willingness to reside in the Bangka Belitung Islands and oversee daily operations on-site.
