Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging and on-brand content.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community interactions (comments, DMs, mentions).
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and propose creative campaign ideas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Officer, Content Specialist, or related role (experience in an agency is highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and digital trends.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
  • Comfortable working independently in a Work From Anywhere / Mostly Work From Home setup
