Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging and on-brand content.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community interactions (comments, DMs, mentions).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and propose creative campaign ideas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Officer, Content Specialist, or related role (experience in an agency is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and digital trends.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
- Comfortable working independently in a Work From Anywhere / Mostly Work From Home setup
