- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering. Master's Degree is a plus.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC within oil & gas, petrochemical, or EPC projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and procedures, especially in piping, tank, and structural fabrication/installation works.
- In-depth understanding of international codes and standards such as ASME, API, AWS, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing QA/QC documents including Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, WPS/PQR, and Welder Qualification Tests (WQT).
- Skilled in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods including RT, UT, MT, PT, and visual inspections, as well as supervision of hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak testing.
- Experienced in material receiving inspection, traceability control, MTC review, and material identification.
- Proficient in handling audits (internal and external), managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and driving Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Demonstrated ability to manage construction turnover and mechanical completion dossiers.
- Familiarity with QA/QC software tools or digital platforms such as Aconex or SmartPlant is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients or third parties effectively.
