Job Requirement:

Minimum education: Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or related technical/infrastructure fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance for telecommunication projects, especially wireless/microwave/BTS/RAN (Huawei/Nokia/ZTE preferred).
Strong knowledge of installation and testing processes for wireless, radio, and network devices.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working in the field.
Willing to travel to project sites.
Possess a valid driving license (A or C).

Job Description:

Conduct inspection and quality supervision of installation, configuration, and commissioning of network equipment (BTS, MW, RAN).
Ensure all project work meets Huawei's quality standards and project specifications.
Prepare inspection reports and follow up on quality findings at the site.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and technicians for quality improvement.
Verify and document completed work before client handover.
