We are looking for a People Services Intern to join our Human Capital team. In this role, you will support the team in improving employee data management and handling day-to-day administrative activities. This is a great opportunity to learn about HR operations and gain real-world experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating and maintaining employee data records
  • Support HR administrative processes and documentation
  • Help with organizing and managing employee files and reports
  • Provide general support to the Human Capital team

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Office Administration / Secretary Studies, or related field
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
