Job Responsibilities:
- Develop influencer collaboration strategies aligned with product categories and overall business objectives.
- Identify and engage potential influencers across TikTok and other social platforms, with a primary focus on the US & UK markets, requiring occasional flexibility to support activities across different time zones.
- Maintain and optimize the influencer database, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach, collaboration progress, content deliverables, livestream activities, and related sales performance.
- Prepare promotional video scripts, oversee KOL content production timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and brand standards. Monitor campaign metrics, conduct performance reviews, and provide insights to refine future promotional and content strategies.
- Build and expand long-term partnerships with TikTok creator agencies, managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews of collaborating influencers, apply structured tiered management, maintain high-quality communication, identify deeper collaboration opportunities, and drive overall performance growth.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (must), as the role requires frequent interaction with influencers.
- Minimum one year of TikTok business partnership/BD experience or familiarity with marketing, journalism, or data mining.
- Strong learning ability and excellent social/relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with overseas social media platforms, including user habits and platform regulations.
- Proficient in English as a working language.
- Willing to occasionally work according to US & UK time zones when required.
