Role Overview

The Digital Advertising Operations Executive will be responsible for the setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across major platforms. Working closely with the Media Planning and Sales teams, this role ensures campaigns are executed efficiently, achieve performance goals, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute campaign setup, delivery, and optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct pre-campaign analysis, forecasting, and media simulations based on client requirements.
  • Generate post-campaign performance reports, including insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage daily communication with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign accuracy and on-time execution.
  • Collaborate with Media Planners, Account Executives, and Technical Teams for cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain and update campaign data in reporting tools or dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot delivery or tagging issues with a proactive and analytical mindset.

Job Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: At least Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising operations or campaign management, in the most recent roles.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google DV360, Meta Ads, and familiarity with Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel.
  • Understanding of key digital metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, and CPA.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong experience or exposure in ad tech, digital publishing, media buying, or programmatic advertising.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

  • Google Ads or DV360 certification is an advantage.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English on business and professional level, to communicate with the global teams on a daily basis.

  • Professional Skills:

  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong numerical skills.
