Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for retail staff and event representatives.

  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities for development.
  • Support the setup and execution of events, providing on-site training as needed.
  • Monitor and track employee progress and performance post-training, providing ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a trainer in a retail or event setting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop engaging training content and materials.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and event management processes.
  • Experience with various training methodologies and platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring others, with a focus on employee development.
