I'm looking for HR staff who are passionate about the human resources field.
What we are looking for from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, HR, and Management
- 3-4 years experience in Financial Company (Mandatory)
- Excellent in English (spoken and written)
- Understand basic payroll and employee tax
- Have an experience of end to end recruitment process (being able to conduct the Psychotest will be great)
- Have a basic knowledge of labor law & other HR Operation
- Solid understanding of BPJS Health and Labour
- High attention to detail and accurate
- Excellent in paperwork, administration, and time management
- Able to work as a team and individually
- Have a good communication skill
- Have a good intrapersonal skill
- Willing to fulltime WFO
We appreciate your best to do these things:
- Manage HR administration (employee data, attendance recap, payroll, time off, etc)
- Manage GA administration (procurement, inventory, and maintenance of the assets, etc)
- Handle BPJS Health and Labour
- Proceed recruitment from end to end (screening administration, set-up schedule, interview, psycho test, etc)
- Manage Job Evaluation & Performance Evaluation
- Manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Responsible for on-board and off-board of the employees
