Job Desc:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment SOPs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Conduct critical evaluation of recruitment methods and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate employee training programs, both in-house and in collaboration with external training vendors.
- Maintenance database.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and training.
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in hospitality industry (hotel, golf, restaurant, or related field).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Proactive and detail-oriented; experience with HRIS/ATS is an advantage.
- Experience in mass hiring is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
