Job Desc:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment SOPs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Conduct critical evaluation of recruitment methods and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate employee training programs, both in-house and in collaboration with external training vendors.
  • Maintenance database.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and training.
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in hospitality industry (hotel, golf, restaurant, or related field).
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented; experience with HRIS/ATS is an advantage.
  • Experience in mass hiring is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
