Modernvet is looking for a Inventory Control (we call it as Stockist) - Jakarta Selatan and Jakarta Utara based to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all of the inventory are properly stored
- Monitor the daily entry and dispatch of the inventory
- Monitor and update the stock fulfillment plan and support of contingency requirements
- Ensure consistency of warehouse documentation and reporting
- Drive improvements in stock reporting accuracy for the inventories
- Ensure physical inventories are conducted on a monthly basis
- Capacity building staff in accurate reporting and stock management
- Ensure expiration dates are monitored to minimize expiration of stock
- Investigate cases/issues, from identifying root cause to developing recommendations for solutions
- Check that dead-lines of medicines deliveries to the third parties
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Equivalent (majoring in Pharmacy will be preferred)
- Proven work experience as a Stocker/Inventory or similar role min 1 year
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Good communication skills for coordinating with other departments and vendors
- Flexibility to work with shift
- Prior experience in inventory management in Hospital may be preferred
