Join PT Stretchline, the world's leading textile manufacturing group specializing in narrow elastic fabrics, covered yarns, and dyed yarns. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Export Import Specialist to be part of our dynamic team.

Main Objective:

The Export Import Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all export and import activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role plays a key part in supporting smooth international trade operations, maintaining compliance with customs requirements, and contributing to the company's overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute all export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, shipment scheduling, and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies related to international shipments.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Prepare, review, and manage shipping and export-import documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, etc.).
  • Monitor and track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues related to logistics or documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all import and export activities.
  • Stay up to date with changes in customs procedures, import/export regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
  • Support internal audits related to export-import operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations within a manufacturing or trading company.
  • Strong knowledge of export-import documentation, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS.
  • Familiar with handling INSW, PIB, PEB, and other relevant customs systems.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) and MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
