Responsibilities

  • Improve decision-making processes through data visibility and actionable insights
  • Ensure SOP compliance all divisions
  • Continuously monitor business goals to drive improvements
  • Develop managers and team to achieve targets

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in any major

· years of experience in leadership, preferably in healthcare or services

·      Proven track record in scaling business, designing SOPs, and building team capabilities

·      Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to develop structured plans to achieve business targets
