Qualifications:

Mini. D3/S1 (preferable from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
Min. 3-5 years' experience in industry printing (packaging/drinkware is preferred)
Understand about process parameters of silk printing, pad printing, heat transfer printing, and product defect analysis
Able to processing data analysis (Excel, SPC) and problem solving
Strong leadership and good communication
Good in English written & speaking will be advantages

Job Descriptions:

Supervise daily printing operations for drinkware products (tumblers, bottles, lids, etc.) to meet quality and output targets
Ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications
Identify and implementation efficiency improvements in the printing process
Preparing daily production reports, including output, defects, and downtime
Training & manage printing operator workers to optimize performance
