We are hiring: Brand Acquisition Manager - Beauty and Personal Care (BPC)

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Brand Acquisition Manager to lead brand acquisition and partnerships in the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) category.

This role will be responsible for identifying high-potential Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) brands, onboarding them onto the Baskit platform, and building long-term strategic relationships that drive mutual growth.

IMPORTANT: We are only considering candidates who are able to commute to our BSD office .

Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard BPC brands (local & international) to the Baskit platform.
  • Build strong value propositions to attract high-quality brands by showcasing Baskit's distribution capabilities, reach, and tech-driven advantage.
  • Manage end-to-end brand onboarding: pricing, supply chain alignment, catalog digitization, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, tech) to ensure smooth execution of brand launches and ongoing performance.
  • Analyze brand performance, identify growth levers, and drive revenue targets in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Act as the category expert for Beauty & Personal Care – staying on top of trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, MOUs, and performance-based agreements with brand partners.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in Brand Acquisition, Business Development, Key Account roles – preferably in Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) or e-commerce/distribution startups.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Beauty & Personal Care ecosystem in Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of onboarding and managing B2B or brand partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and drive initiatives from scratch.
  • Excellent in negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Native fluency in Bahasa, conversational in English.
