We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help oversee and execute furniture projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of furniture projects for hospitality clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries, updates, and changes promptly.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, and reports.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to oversee installation and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–4 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or hospitality sectors.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCad and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes or materials.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Willingness to based in Jepara.
- Fluent in English.
