Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Monitor performance, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Develop and ensure proper implementation of work instructions for production operators.
- Supervise manpower in the truck assembly process to meet production targets and company policies.
- Support KPI achievement by optimizing manpower skills and competency development.
- Supervise and evaluate production team performance through feedback and guidance.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on truck production performance for managerial review and improvement.
- Implement policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Min. 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the automotive industry (preferably in commercial vehicles).
- Strong understanding of vehicle assembly processes, particularly in commercial vehicle manufacturing.
- Knowledge of leadership and supervision principles in a production environment.
- Understanding of workplace safety fundamentals in production areas.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Willing to be stationed at our plant in Magelang.
