BHUMI Skincare is looking for a position of Sales Account Specialist (B2B) to thrive and excel in our company. The candidate should be an experienced salesperson, who is comfortable and knowledgeable in generating sales leads, channel acquisitions, sales expansion and sales operating procedures with new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Salary Range: IDR 5,700,000 – IDR 7,000,000 (net)

Incentives: Available Up to Rp

Responsibility

  • Identify and be responsible for target leads through Partnerships and Business-to-Business
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new partners
  • Set and exceed sales quotas
  • Conduct offline and online canvassing to expand local and international sales channels
  • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes
  • Work with the Sales Team to integrate Sales Plan monthly
  • Managing Resellers and Distributors for sales purposes
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide regular progress reports to management

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any major is welcomed to apply
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in Sales/Reseller Management or related field is strictly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills and understanding of sales process
  • Experience in managing trend sales
  • Highly motivated and eager to achieve sales leads and meet/exceed sales quota
