Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)Electrical engineer :
- 1、The whole process of new equipment scheme review (from layout to equipment delivery), output equipment software FAT/LOP checklist and other documents to ensure that new equipment meets design requirements (reliability, maintainability, product safety/quality);
- 2、Promote the assembly, commissioning and capacity climbing of the new cable according to the project plan to ensure that the new equipment meets the mass production requirements;
- 3、Support the software improvement of process capability, production efficiency, excellent rate, energy consumption and manufacturing cost of existing cable pulling equipment;
- 4、Implement technical standard formulation and audit of equipment PLC program and robot system;
- 5、Perform the audit of key equipment changes, and provide change control and technical support for the site;
- 6、Perform the audit of electrical related AM/PM form formulation and update;
- 7、Perform the confirmation of risky spare parts list and update of electrical related equipment.

About the Role
We are looking for a Mechatronics Technician to support our production packing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production machinery to ensure operational reliability and efficiency. The technician will also contribute to TPM activities, equipment digitalization initiatives, and overall maintenance performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Understand the fundamentals of mechatronics and possesses maintenance skills, particularly for production packing machines.
- Knowledgeable in PLC programming and automation systems.
- Understands the concept and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and SketchUp programs.
- Understand the concept and implementation of IoT and data digitalization.
- Able to monitor and control company KPIs and KAIs related to machine maintenance.
- Implement DMS and OEE to support TPM activities.
- Perform periodic activities based on Basic Maintenance Activities (BMA).
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics Engineering
Required Skills
- Maintenance skills for production packing machines.
- PLC programming and automation systems knowledge.
- Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of IoT and data digitalization.
Responsibility :
- Be responsible for the promoting the manufacturing system like manufaturing execution system, quality information system and equipment management system to the new plant, like analyses of process difference, making the corresponding solution, doing the system configuration, test and user training
- Be responsible for the daily maintenance: colleting the new requirements, outputting the solution with headquarter and transferring the system solution to the end user.
- Be responsible for the trouble-shooting for the manufacturing system, guaranteeing the stability of the manufacturing system.
Requirement & Skills :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics Management, Information System or equivalent.
The candidate with SAP MES experience (Preferred)
Having 2-3 years experiences in related role
- Familiar & understand IT infrastructure (server, network, storage, virtualization).
- Ability to perform software/hardware installation and configuration
- Fluent in English or (Being able to speak mandarin will be an added advantage)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for responding to various IT software and hardware processing requests such as user mail requests, consultation, fault handling, etc., to ensure the normal and stable operation of IT-related facilities and equipment in the region
- Be responsible for the needs assessment and scheme construction follow-up of IT infrastructure such as conference room, weak motor cabinet and printer installation and configuration;
- Responsible for improving user satisfaction, continuous service improvement, regular service reports and other related work;
- Participate in IT service management process planning, management system construction and document writing;
- Be responsible for docking with business department needs and problem follow-up, and coordinate regional operation and maintenance resources;
- Participate in the company's information security construction, and conduct necessary checks in case of violations;
- Be responsible for the analysis of daily service data, identify repetitive and typical problems, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
- Be responsible for making the standard IT service process according to IT IL principles
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics Management, Information System or equivalent.
- Having 2-3 years experiences in IT Service / Help Desk
