We are looking for a
Sales Engineer
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, understands the construction and heavy equipment industry, and can build lasting relationships with customers while achieving business targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 education in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Engineering for Construction / Heavy Equipment Units
- Building longterm relationships with customers
- Selling units in accordance with targets
- Know well how to update CRM on daily/weekly basis
Responsibilities:
- Sales of Heavy Equipment Units: Handle the sales of heavy equipment units according to the company's set targets.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and desires.
- CRM >> Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports regularly to monitor performance and achieve targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication, including effective presentation skills. Sales Skills, Proficient in sales and negotiation.
- Analytical Skills: Able to analyze customer needs and tailor appropriate solutions (Technical & Financial)
- Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks given.
