- Analytic and optimize all social media accounts performance
- Manage social media accounts (IG, FB, TikTok, and others) by planning and implementing programs on social media to promote brands, products, events, and campaigns
- Monitoring and evaluating implemented programs
- Actively research for updated various new platform and trending information in cyberspace
- Coordinate with related departments to optimize the use of social media
- Be able to build, collaborating and maintaining good relations with Other Brands and KOL
- Plan, implement, and evaluate social media ad campaign activities
- Write inspiring captions, storytelling narratives, and persuasive copy that reflects the brands
- Team management by managing and allocating manpower planning, creating a social media team work plan, and implementing it
- Monitor and analyse key social media metrics and prepare monthly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization of each channel
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relation or relevant degree.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related position.
- Experience in related industry (Brand, FMCG, Technology, and Agency) will be a plus
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and inspirational storytelling
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging social media campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, visually appealing video and static image content
