Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end procurement processes for maintenance equipment, spare parts, and utility services
  • Coordinate with the Engineering, Maintenance, and Facility teams to identify technical specifications and purchasing requirements.
  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders according to company policy and approval matrix.
  • Monitor and track vendor performance, delivery timelines, and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and utility-related purchases, pricing, and contracts.
  • Support preventive maintenance schedules by ensuring timely procurement of parts and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
  • At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Good knowledge of maintenance and utilities equipment and general supply chain processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skilll.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
