Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement processes for maintenance equipment, spare parts, and utility services
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Maintenance, and Facility teams to identify technical specifications and purchasing requirements.
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders according to company policy and approval matrix.
- Monitor and track vendor performance, delivery timelines, and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and utility-related purchases, pricing, and contracts.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules by ensuring timely procurement of parts and materials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Good knowledge of maintenance and utilities equipment and general supply chain processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skilll.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
