Requirements:

  • Min bachelor's degree/Master degree from Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration or related field
  • Min 3-5 years relevant experiences in Human Resources or Business Partnering roles
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations and labor laws and HR regulations
  • Proven expertise in managing and resolving complex employee relation issues
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Driven self-motivated, structured & systematic, diplomatic, enthusiastic
  • Proven experiences in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders on global, regional, and country level as well as across function

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Account/Site Senior Leadership Teams, providing guidance on People & Culture (P&C) initiatives and priorities in close collaboration with regional and country P&C organizations and global Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Lead and facilitate the execution of annual P&C processes in partnership with P&C Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
  • Manage and oversee a comprehensive talent lifecycle framework designed to foster a high-performance culture, with a strong focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in collaboration with Global P&C CoEs.
  • Be actively involved in the people-related aspects of relevant sales activities at the account
  • Ensuring oversight and alignment in the deployment of key ISS People & Culture (P&C) concepts and initiatives.
  • Ensure P&C compliance across the account/site, including contract-specific people governance and record management requirements, and confirm that all measures and mitigations are effectively implemented.
  • Oversee health, safety & environment implementation practices in daily work  and within their work area in the organization
  • Ensure that all subordinates refrain from any involvement in bribery or corrupt practices in their daily work
