Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of multiple influencer-based e-commerce projects from planning to execution.
- Translate client goals and objectives into clear, actionable execution plans across internal teams.
- Align cross-functional teams under one cohesive strategy.
- Act as the lead point of contact for brand partners on all campaign-related matters, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and long-term relationship nurturing.
- Monitor project performance and key metrics (viewership, conversion, ROI), identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Lead post-campaign reviews, deliver insights and strategic recommendations, and propose actionable improvement plans.
- Evaluate performance, proposing incentive structures and cooperation models to maximize results.
- Design scalable and efficient delivery frameworks that balance brand safety, creative flexibility, and operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer commerce, e-commerce project management, or MCN/Tiktok operations.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's influencer, livestream, and short video commerce ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across departments.
- Strong data literacy, able to interpret performance metrics and lead data-driven optimizations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mindset with structured thinking and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
