岗位职责

Responsibilities

1、负责分公司的日常运营的监督和管理;

2、协助决策层制定公司发展战略,负责其功能领域内短期及长期的公司决策和战略,对公司中长期目标的达成产生重要影响

3、制定分公司年度目标,并跟进目标任务的实施进度;

4、全面负责分公司的市场开拓;

5、负责分公司各部门计划的审核与跟进;

6、负责对分公司人员团队建设,定义相关人员岗位职责和考核,并有效的管理;

7、负责对运作质量的管理,有效保障日常运作质量,最终达到客户满意度;

8、负责向总公司汇报分公司的运营情况及业绩;

9、完成总公司交待的其它工作。

任职资格

1、大学本科或以上学历。工作经验5年以上;

2、具有相关的产品知识、领导能力、沟通技巧、交际礼仪培训;

3、能够精通公司产品知识,掌握一定的建筑行业知识;

4、良好的人际沟通表达能力;较强的综合分析判断能力;较好的计划制定和执行能力。

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the branch office;

  • Assist the decision-making team in formulating the company's development strategy, and be responsible for short-term and long-term company decisions and strategies within its functional area, significantly impacting the achievement of the company's medium- and long-term goals;

  • Develop the branch office's annual goals and track the progress of goal implementation;

  • Be fully responsible for the branch office's market development;

  • Review and follow up on the plans of various departments within the branch office;

  • Be responsible for building the branch office's team, defining the job responsibilities and performance evaluations of relevant personnel, and effectively managing them;

  • Be responsible for managing operational quality, effectively ensuring the quality of daily operations, and ultimately achieving customer satisfaction;

  • Report the branch office's operational status and performance to the head office;

  • Complete other tasks assigned by the head office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above. 1. Minimum 5 years of work experience;

  • Relevant product knowledge, leadership skills, communication skills, and etiquette training;

  • Proficient in company product knowledge and possess basic knowledge of the construction industry;

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; strong analytical and judgment abilities; good planning and execution capabilities.
