About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Officer to join our team at PT Citra Rasa Makmur Investindo in Surabaya, Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and operations of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Create daily financial transactions (AP and bank reconciliation).
- Assist the Chief Finance Officer with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow and the company’s funding needs.
- Assist the Chief Finance Officer with taxation and applicable financial regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records, contracts, and transaction evidence.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (procurement, HR, and management) regarding financial administration needs.
- Assist the Chief Finance Officer in completing the stock report.
- Assist the Chief Finance Officer with any additional administration functions required.
- Any other functions as requested by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting (fresh graduates with strong competence will be considered).
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Basic understanding of tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under deadlines.
- High integrity and good communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Can join as soon as possible is preferred.
